To simplify the process, you can upload your insurance information to our platform. We’ll pass this information to the laboratory, enabling them to process your bill through insurance. AccuCollect Labs charges an out-of-pocket convenience fee starting at $35. In some cases, you may be able to submit your receipt to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Once your specimens are delivered to the laboratory of your choice, the testing itself is typically covered by insurance. • More than 24 Hours Before the Appointment: Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled for a full refund.
• Less than 24 Hours Before the Appointment: Appointments cannot be rescheduled, and cancellations are non-refundable.

Lab results from AccuCollect Labs are typically available within 3-5 business days, although certain tests may take longer. Once the results are ready, your doctor will usually contact you 2-3 days later to review them together. To check your results directly, you have the following options:

1. Patient Portals for Laboratories: Access your results through the patient portal of the laboratory you selected:

2. Apple Health Integration: Connect your Apple Health app to your laboratory account to view results seamlessly.

3. Doctor’s Office: Contact your doctor’s office 5 business days after your visit for updates.

For your privacy, AccuCollect Labs does not receive or store your lab result information. Only you, the ordering provider, and the laboratory have access to your results. Your data privacy and security are always a top priority for us.

No lab order? No problem! AccuCollect Labs offers two simple ways to provide your lab order when booking a visit:

1. Doctor Contact Information: Provide your doctor’s contact details, and we’ll take care of collecting the lab order on your behalf.
2. Upload Your Lab Order: Ask your doctor for a copy of the lab order and upload it during the booking process.
